The Lilongwe Campus is the largest and oldest campus of Malawi College of Health Sciences, strategically located in the capital city of Malawi. Established in 1971 as the School of Medical Assistants, it has grown to become the flagship campus of the institution.

With its central location in Area 4, opposite Kamuzu Central Hospital, the campus serves students from all regions of Malawi and neighboring countries. The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities including modern lecture theaters, well-equipped laboratories, and a comprehensive health sciences library.
